Bulk convert Publisher files

First run the free PowerShell script below to find every .pub file on your PC and save the list as a CSV. Then upload the files here, up to 25 at a time, or use the 30-day plan for no file limit.

How to find and bulk convert Publisher files

  1. Download the script. Download find-pub-files.ps1 from this page. It only reads file names. It does not change or upload anything.
  2. Run it. Open PowerShell and run: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\find-pub-files.ps1
  3. Open the list. The script saves pub-files.csv on your desktop with the path, size and last change date of each .pub file.
  4. Convert the files. Upload the files on the home page. You get one zip with PDF, Word, PowerPoint and PNG for every file.

Questions

Does the script need Publisher?

No. It only searches for files ending in .pub.

How many files can I convert at once?

Up to 25 per upload. The 30-day plan has no limit on uploads.
