Refunds

If a converted file is not usable for you, tell us within 7 days of payment and we will refund your payment. This includes problems caused by the known limits listed in our terms.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the contact form and choose the topic Refund.
- Enter the email address you paid with, and tell us which file did not work and what was wrong.
- We reply to the email address you enter.
How you get the money back
- We refund the full amount through Stripe to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show on your statement.
